SHIPPING Next Working Day (UK Only)
If you place your order online before 3.30pm on a working day, we are normally able to fulfil and despatch stock items the same day. We will send the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery or City Link depending on weight. A PDA will normally be despatched by City Link and accessories by Royal Mail.
If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

We do not deliver outside the UK at present unless by special arrangement. Please contact us for details.
RETURNS
A. If you need to return any goods please contact our sales staff to discuss the fault before the goods are returned. Quite often we can resolve the problem over the phone.
B. All returns must have a valid returns number given by a member of staff from SuperEtrader. This will speed up the returns process and avoid errors.
C. As described within our terms and conditions you will have a right for 7 days to withdraw from the order and return the goods, however if goods are returned outside this period or in a used condition then a restocking fee may be charged.
D. All returns must be in stock condition in the original boxes with all documentation.
E. If a machine proves faulty within the first 28 days, then provided you still have the blank warranty card we will normally replace it ourselves from stock. After 28 days, or if the warranty card has been completed it is likely that the machine will be returned direct to the repair centre.
F. You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of returned items and any cost incurred for this are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not normally make any charge for these goods to be returned back to you. We do reserve the right to levy a handling charge in the event of the returned goods being "no-fault found".
G. Opened software will not normally be accepted for credit. Faulty disks will normally be replaced.
Returns Procedure
We try to test the majority of our goods before they are shipped in order to minimise any potential faults, to lessen any inconvenience to you. However if you do believe that a product sent to be faulty please call or email for a solution.
We can often resolve the problem over the phone so there will be no need to return the product. Upon contacting a member of SuperEtrader and if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will give a returns number to get the item returned to us.
It is important to have this returns number, as if goods are received without it, it could cause long delays.
When we receive your goods we will test them and if faulty we will usually be able to get the new items out to you within 2 days (subject to stock), many will be replaced on the same day.
If we cannot re-create the fault, or it is unclear we will contact you to discuss the problem further, therefore please make sure you give us a contact telephone number.
The goods must be returned in their original condition with all documentation and original boxes. Opened software cannot be refunded. See our terms and conditions section for full details.
